Customer service at First Texas

About two weeks ago I sent an email to First Texas (FT) asking them for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) for my Pioneer 505. I have not gotten a reply.

Those of you who have returned defective BH units to First Texas, have you asked for and received a RAN from FT?

Hey Mark. I sent a Sharp Shooter II back to First Texas in July 2009 and did in fact have a RAN. I'm pretty sure I didn't email for it. The two phone numbers I have for them are: (915)633-8354 and 1-800-444-5994. Hope this helps. Good luck and Happy Hunting. Peace. Matt
