CTX3030 User friendly for a 6'2'' man ???

I am 6'2'' will the lower shaft on this unit extend the right amount for me so as not to be bent over. and how about the e-trac same question. Thank's.........

I'm 6.2 and it just makes it for me depending on how long your arms are well decide if it fits you or go try one out .sube

The CTX is the perfect length with a little extra to spare. I'm 6'4" 240 lbs but I suppose it all depends how far out in front of you that you like to swing the coil. If you swing right in front of your shoes, no problem but if you like the coil two feet in front of you like I have seen some people hunt, you might have a problem or even two. With the coil extended way out in front, the CTX becomes unbalanced and plays havoc with the rotator cuff.

I'm 5'11" and I run the lower shaft all the way out and the arm cuff about 1" from the rear of the slide. I have no problems, it's nice to walk upright and swing the detector freely.

The Minelab CTX 3030 will extend way out there. Pretty sure in more cases it will be more than long enough.

The Minelab E-Trac works fine for me but they do make a Tall man shaft for it if you need it.
