CTX vs Etrac

Does the CTX operate the same as the Etrac? Or, do you have to learn a whole new machine? I've heard it isn't any deeper than an Etrac, but works much more efficiently. I'm familiar with the Etrac and wondering about the learning curve going to a CTX.

Thanks for your input,

I've seen people post that they think the CTX is nothing like the E-Trac, but for me, I feel it is really close. After using the CTX for less than a week I sold my E-Trac because I was so confident it was like my E-Trac only better. You're right about the depth sort of. As far as raw depth I think the CTX and E-Trac are right there, but the better software of the CTX pulls out stuff the E-Trac can mis. I found the transition from E-Trac to CTX very easy.

Jimmy it is a lot like the E-Trac but its NOT a E-Trac. Much faster and better recovery, specially in iron. See thru/around ability is MUCH improved.

Holler if you have questions. I have used the E-Trac for years and have fallen in love with the CTX. Never thought I would leave her! lol
