Has anyone modded or extended the ctx shaft, i find it a tad short maybe 3-5 inch for the way i detect i like the coil right to the ground unlike some folk i see lol

Anderson Detector Shafts is planing on releasing a longer shaft as soon as the stock size replacement is released which will be soon . . . great quality and will give you the extra length you are looking for
