CTX Comes Through in Iron

I was able to get out today for a few with Etracjoe and we hit an old 1741 homestead. My sensitivity read 8 at one point but usually around 10-11. Joe I think got the find of the day with an 1784 1 Reale. I was able to pull an 1875-S seated dime, an awesome floral pattern button (see pic) and a worn King George copper.

The dime came in at 12-43, 12-44 and was 7" down. The CTX's depth also read 7"

I kinda like your gold fountain pen tip not pictured. I have to get a pic of the 1784 on soon. The pic of that button does not do it justice. It is an amazing design with gold and silver plating. The funny thing is the seated coins have been eluding me and the spanish have been eluding Jim. A great hunt none the less and a testament to the power of the CTX in heavy iron. All from a beat to death site!! Good hunt Jim and cant wait to get out again. HH Joe

Joe I still think you have the find of the year. I love those Reales
