Friend of mine Craig O.asked what I could do for his 3030 GGUW's after I posted about improving the audio on underwater headsets.
Audiosears 2463's 150 ohm, wired in series, fully submersible. Improved Volume, and Frequency Response Curve.
 
Thanks for sharing the step by step process of your friends GG mod, great info!

I've never opened up a waterproof GG headset, have a couple of spares always wanted to do the same as you to compare differences.
