Search Modes and Audio Set-Up

Are the CTX 3030's audio configuration built into each seperate search mode (beach,relic, etc) or is the CTX 3030 set at the factory defaults for all modes. Gain, Threshold, etc

All the factory default modes are pre-set. Tone ID Profile is set on 50 tone CO except the relic mode and it is 35 tone FE. Response is normal except for the relic mode and it is set on smooth with Recovery Fast on. I suggest you get some time on your new machine in the factory settings and let YOUR hunting style and ground conditions determine what changes you think is right for you. You have the machine now take the time to learn what each function does and you will be very proud of the CTX 3030 and yourself. You have the Cadillac of detectors. Congratulations! HH :minelab:
