Well i got the chance to go out for 2 hours after work the other day with the new toy to a spot that i have pulled out large cents, capped bust half, seated ,barbers and more so i decided to give the ctx a go at it. Turned it on headed right around foundation first signal was 11-38 so i dug thinking it would be a wheat cent. Well it wasnt it was silver in color and i thought it was aluminum play money but when i cleaned it off it was an 1829 capped bust half dime. I also ended up with a merc , 5 indians, civil war relics and an old button within 2 hours so don't ever believe that your spots are hunted out just try harder or different things.
