CTX-3030 / Black Horizontal Bar

Question:
I've read the manual and followed numerous forums on the CTX-3030 and I've yet to find what a "Black Horizontal Bar" under the "Reject Cursor" signifies ?
I do a lot of beach m/d and I've noticed that this bar usually shows up when something is in the Low FE and High CO ranges.
Has anybody experienced this and understands what this "Black Bar" is telling me ?

Just to clarify that the "Black Line" isn't consistently under the Reject Cursor - but it shows up when something is in the "Low FE / High CO" ranges.
Majority of the time when the Reject Cursor is floating around the screen - The "Black Line" isn't visible.
It is just when something is recognized in the area of "Low FE / High CO" area of the screen.

Post a picture because the description doesn't match anything I've ever seen on a CTX
