[size=large]...One of my daughters (Lee) use to say that to me all the time when she was about 3. And when I dug this broken Confederate snake buckle today, those are the words that ran through my mind; "Ook daddy a nake". Got out today with Mountain Man and Chris. We hit some old home sites deep in the woods in the area of the battle of Saylors Creek where the Confederates were in disarray as they made their way towards High Bridge VA. Also dug some bullets flat-buttons, buckles etc.Thanks for looking.

I refereed my last 4 Upward football games last Saturday, It's been a long season, we reffed 40 games this year. It's been about 7 months since I've dug a relic and I've about forgot what it's like. I do have a few new pieces of land to detect this year, Hope that it pans out. I stand a pretty good chance going by research, but ya never know who's hunted it before. I lost a pretty good piece of land this year too, sadly it sold and the new owner is not going to be co-operative, that's cool though, I got several relics off it and it was getting pretty thin. Good luck to all you fellers this year, Also, Craig and Ed, hope y'all get a bunch at DIV. Maybe I'll be able to post a few for for your viewing pleasure instead of lurking around about once a week.
