:csflag: If you would have been in a certain field today, you would have seen a guy on his knees, arms stretched toward heaven singing Hallelujah!

[size=large]That guy was me when I pulled up this Confederate CS tongue from a two piece buckle! Went back to my new spot today and after walking 3/4 of a mile to get there I started finding more bullets. I hit a couple of hill tops to see if there were bullets on them as well and was working my way back the the highest hill when I got a good hit and dug the CS tongue at about 6 inches. The belt part is gone, probably hit by a plow and was hoping I could find the broken pieces and wreath nearby. I marked the spot by sticking a limb in the ground, slapped in a fresh battery pack and for the next hour hammered the place within 50 feet of that spot. The only signal I got in that area was another bullet. It's possible a soldier carried the belt and wreath off, or a relic hunter might have already dug the wreath (I hate relic hunters), or it may possibly be in the area somewhere. If it is, I will eventually find it... I hope. Thanks for looking,
Vernon
