CS Rarity 10 Buckle dug by a friend

A friend of mine found a Rarity 10 CS Buckle in a virgin camp between Meridian and Morton. He is a private person so I promised not to reveal his name.
He took the pic below with his digital camera right after he dug it. He emailed me this pic.
He's cleaning the Buckle today and will bring it by for me to shoot a close up. He said the dirt is on their like concrete. He's using olive oil, soap, water, and a tooth pic. Is this the best things to use? Any other suggestions?
He has had an incredible year in which he has found several US and CS Plates. I told him what is all this buzz about the Button Daddy, I would rather be the Buckle Daddy. LOL

The brass hooks are still on there and complete. Most of the lead is on the back. He's thinking about sending it to Ro to straighten the hooks back out.
