Creek finds, need help on bullet id.

Got out to a small creek that runs behind a really old church. Only stayed about an hour, used the AT Pro, found only3 keepers, a 1960 memorial, a small round lead ball and a small bullet and I don't know what kind it is. I'm attaching pictures so if anyone has any ideas on it or the round ball let me know. Penny is for size reference. Thanks
 
am no bullett x pert, but it looks like a pistol wadcutter bullett, caliber ?
