Cracked coil ok?

I have a small crack/chip in the edge of my stock coil for my GTP1350. Will this matter if it gets wet? I was thinking of patching it with some epoxy or gorilla glue. Any suggestions?

If it's at the edge where the plastic housing meets the epoxy don't worry about it. If the crack goes across the epoxy then I would sand it some and add some epoxy to it.

j.b. weld works great

The Gorilla Glue has a little swelling during the cure process - I'd be careful about getting something into the coil that may swell a little. Also hope no water had entered the coil.
