Couple of Mercs

Took a ride to Rhode Island to re-hunt a couple of parks where I've had very good success in the past. Finds were not nearly as abundant as in previous trips but did find 2 Mercs, a real nice 1923 and a 1930-S that I nicked on the rim (I HATE that- good thing it wasn't a 16-D!). Also found a toasted 1907 Indian and a half-dozen wheats- no good dates.

Nothing spectacular but silver is silver.

Enjoy the pics and HH All!

Nice digs Jeff.
I like Mercs. They are such a nicely designed coin.
I got out today as well and got a 97 IH and some buttons, wheats, and a mini ball. My son found a silver and an extremely large flattie and wheats.
I plan on posting it tomorrow Im pooped.

A couple of nice older mercs, the '23 especially. Good hunt.
