Couple of hours under bleachers...

Parkit

New member
Spent about 2 1/2 hours under the bleachers (just the home side) of a local private school today, I did better than I was expecting. The silver quarter, Roosevelt and Mercury are from Friday's hunt on a military base, along with the two wheaties and 40 or so of the clad and other cents.

Here's the rest of the pile: Somewhere in here is my 4,000th coin of the year.

The ring is .925 but I have no idea what the stone is. It's pinkish in color, any ideas??

Thanks for looking,
Steve

If it's pinkish, it might be rose quartz. But that's a guess. Looks yellow/brown in the image.

Brian

Nice ring. Looks like an amethyst to me.

That's pretty much what I thought, amethyst. Just an odd color, it changes according to the light but of course the wife has taken it anyway. Thanks for the replies!
