Out sat morning with a friend who just got a Equinox detecting a older school when litterly my first signal I dug in the center of the field was a 1942S mercury dime!
Then I should have known that was not a great sign but managed a few wheats a few clad quarters dimes nickels
The a crushed thimble and a small buckle and the sterling earring and a key
Today we hunted more open space fields in my town tough finding good signals when I had a high tone turned out to be a old one piece button that’s a good sign maybe??
Dug a lot of cut deep nails in all metal 5 tones sensitivity 21-23 park two.
When on our way back across the field I got a screaming 30-31 I said that’s silver hoping barber or seated nope a 1940 Washington!
Oh well at least my last coin was a silver quarter and not a clad one!
