couple hours with the Outlaw and 10x12

Musket ball and silver whatcamacallit at one location, and sterling earing at a local park. She hit pretty hard on that tiny stud, impressive.. The silver is 3" x 2" and looks to have been attached as a lid before. Any ideas?
 
That silver lid looks really ornate. It must have been attached to something really nice. I'm not surprised on how hard the Outlaw hit on the silver earring.

I've found some really small stuff with the Outlaw. I bet the musket ball hit hard as well.

I didn't expect the large DD would have hit it like it did. The musket ball i was running in all metal so yes it hit very hard. That sucker was about 7" down under some nasty roots. Spent way to much effort on that thing. I almost gave up on it. Way too much energy for a darn mini ball...lol
 
that coil is a winner , no doubt, thats a great find on that silver , its worth lots even as scrap looks like you could have found that musket ball even deeper yet . thanks for sharing
