Couple Buttons and a ULC

the rain cut hunting to 3.5 hrs today. But I did manage to find two buttons. The one is very large and about the size of a half dollar. Biggest I've ever dug. the other is just under size of dime.

my first dug target was this - a large copper. I was excited until I cleaned it and found it to be a "unidentified large cent". It's just smaller in diameter than a George II copper but there are no real markings left. I assume it was very old!

zap that copper you have nothing to loose at all then try a few more things to get any ID off it.. <img src="/metal/html/biggrin.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=""> great finds tho and HH
