I know exactly what your talking about.I presently own a cortes,vaquero,&inca.The inca is presently in the shop at tesoro for a tune up.Usually when i hunt,either the vaquero or inca goes with me.Both of those machines have extreme depth &are coin shootin fools.I strictly coin shoot any more.Don't care to dig all the holes for jewelry.I'am probably going to get a lot of mixed opinions about this but i think the vaquero &inca are the two best machines tesoro ever built.Like i say ,just my opinion.HH hunting Pat
 
This is why I like my dinosaur Tesoros.... Bandito 1 brown box is my A1 for iron infested areas. I would not part with it. Deep targets are small and faint but repeatable.
 
;) The Inca was my favorite also, but it has been gone for quite awhile now. That one I could tell by the sound about 80% of the time what was there. It was a deep detector to. Bill
