Could a few guys share their thought on the g2 using it on a salt-water beach ??

Any use in the VA beach or the OBX ( outer banks ) would be especially helpful.... I'm sure it works great in the dry sand ( as do most ) but How is the operation at the surf line/ wet sand areas?? The manual says it will GB to wet salt.. Are you finding this to be true??

I'm looking for something lite with with very good performance in the wet sand... Is this the ticket I'm looking for ??

Thanks for your feedback.. Mark ( ohio )

i would have to say no! it will perform but you have to lower the ground ballance to between 0 and 20(here in florida) and depth will be below average.

cz20 or excal hipmounted or placed in a backpack are your best bets for wetsand and in the water. you also might consider a tesoro sandshark pi unit.
