Cortez in the Trash

Is there a better Coil for Trashy areas using a Cortez, other than stock? Everything I read mentions all the other models but not the Cortez. Of course I can not hurt my discrimination, so another Coil would have to allow accurate readings.

Just guessing the 5 3/4 is best for Trashy areas, but how do they effect your discrimination settings?

My wife has a new DeLeon ( about the same detector) and she has the 5.75 concentric bolted up, it's a nice coil, separates trash fast, deep too! Accurate ID readings and true depth meter readings, just needs a slower sweep speed to work well, great coil

It doesn't , it just singles out the targets better in trashy areas .

Don't forget to make sure it's the delux 5.75 coil.
It seperates targets from the regular trash and the finer grade trash.

Make sure to get the flux capacitor with it = serious depth!? Defiantly find things from long ago kinda like going back in time!
