Cortes VS Deleon

Cortez has manual ground balance in the all metal mode although the Disc mode is preset and more information on the screen and you can notch discriminate. AND a higher price. I recently purchased a clean, used DeLeon as I don' t care for notch disc, and it has enough information for me and the price was right. It only has factory preset ground balance which seems to work well in the soil around here. In the Disc mode, they are, as I understand and as Tesoro advertises, pretty much equal. I'm getting very good depth from the DeLeon and so far haven' missed any of the bells and whistles on the Cortez. Hope this helps.
