Greetings,
I am currently a Minelab Explorer2 user, but I am unhappy with its depth and with its target ID (ID jumps all over the screen). I am considering a Cortes as a replacement. I have two questions for any takers:
1) How well does the Cortes work in highly mineralized soil? That is what I deal with where I live. Depth? Frustration? Sensitivity? False reads? Target ID?

2) For any of you who have also used the Explorer extensively, could you give an honest comparison between it and the Cortes?
