Cors Shrew Coil.

Any Pro's and Con's on this small DD coil for the Tejon...I have a good place to use this type of coil...

I don't have any info on the Tejon. But I would buy the NEL Snake from a Findmall Site Sponsor instead of the CORS.

It's a very good coil on the AT Pro and Teknetics Greeks

what's the difference Craig between NEL and CORS ?

ps , found out why my cover didn't fit it was the coil must have been to hot or something when they poured the resin in so it was over sized I know because they sent me a new cover and it didn't fit either so took to it with some sand paper and its right size now funny hey I did it like rubbing back a car it come up smick and shinny black sides and bottom probably killed the re sale value but don't care not selling it, so yeah strange just thought I would share for what its worth

The Cors Shrew coil is exactly the same coil as the NEL Sharp, not 100% sure if NEL was taken over but they are the same identical coils but branded differently in the last month or so,the only change that had to be done was the fact that the 'Shrew' name was moulded onto the coil case and all the other NEL based coils just basically required a logo/label change.

I have never used the coil that you have mentioned on the Tejon,so cannot help with a review etc,but i do use other models made by NEL/Cors ie the Sharpshooter and Storm coils,of course this is just my 'personal' opinion i rate this Brand name very highly based on using them on my sites and i have noticed that my finds have increased, but when to use which on what is down to the operators skill level.

...................Thank you for your input....I have ordered one and let's see what happens....

It's the same coil as the snake. Why NEL has spun off a new company name for the same exact coils to create a new distributor agreement in the US is unknown but it's definitely pretty suspect to me and I'm sure Ron at gold diggers is not pleased. (nor his network of Dealers)

From what I can figure NEL and CORS are identical with only the name on coil being the only difference. I think it's like Makro and FORS
