CORNFIELD FINDS WITH THE SHADOW X2

I took my Shadow X2 out today to hunt an old homesite located in a cornfield that dates to at least 1874 and earlier.
This was the first real hunt with the Shadow since I got it earlier in the winter, and it did very well in the iron and debris of the old house.
I dug a few pieces of bigger iron from farm equipment but I pretty much knew it was iron before I dug it. The coins had a smooth mellow sound and the audio reminds me of the Silver

Scuze my ignorance but what's a shadow x2....???? Tesoro usually has mexican names?????

Nice barbies........

oneguy, the Shadow X2 was made by Tesoro for Troy Galloway of Troy Custom detectors. It is based on Tesoro's Silver Saber platform with a few modifications like a coin check button and a Troy Super 7 inch coil.
The X2 was made by Tesoro, and the x3 and X5 were built by Fisher.

Nice finds. It makes me want to hunt some corn fields here before they get planted. I find a lot of shotgun shells but no coins so far. Maybe the farmers were poorer here!
