Larry and I were driving around town and noticed an old neighbor of mine from years ago outside in her yard. We've had our eyes on this place for a long tome to detect. I went to chat with her, asked if we could detect her yard, and YES, ANYTIME!!! We weren't out long since the humidity, but both of us did pretty good. Larry did much better than I and he'll post on the DFX Forum Classroom. Here's my finds for the short short outing....1897 Barber dime, 2 Wheat cents and misc. I love my MXT!!! We'll be going back there soon. Thanks for looking.

Nancy,

Just think..that 1897 Barber hasn't seen the light of day in over 100 years! And you found it! William McKinley was in his first year of his Presidency in 1897 and the Boston Beaneaters were #1 in Baseball. The St. Louis Browns lost 102 games in 1897! Nice finds Nancy!
