Is anyone using anything like this. I get sick of my headphones being attached to my detector when Im down digging.
Would be great if I werent even connected.

Can you recommend any products?

Thanks

yes my buddy swears by the creative labs SL3100 model headphones ,for some reason they are hard to find but they work good with very little delay
search around on the net

These are hard to find, but they work well. I use the Auvio set on my E-Trac on warm days.

The TDK Headset start from $80.00 on the net. (TDK WR700)

The Auvio Headset can be picked up for under $35.00 if you look around. (Auvio 33-283)

Thanks.

I have some headphones.
What I was wanting was a transmitter and receiver, if its available.
Anyone know?

The transmitter is the little square box, the receiver is built into the headset. (See the pics in my other post above). These come as a complete kit ---- Wireless !

I understand that.
I want a radio transmitter and receiver. There is no need for it to be in the headphones.
Especially some crappy ones not good for metal detectors.
