Back at the beach with the Ace 150 from 5am to 8:30am.
Not many people there and it didn't seem like many arriving when I left either. With school starting up again next week I guess a lot of the younger ones are still doing their summer homework! Was cloudy too, great for detecting but not for those putting on Coppertone and chasing a tan.
Was hoping the wind we got from the very edge of a typhoon during the week would have moved some sand but it can't have been strong enough. I see another one on the way to Taiwan, they've had a few direct hits so far this year.
2,498 yen in coins (about US$22.30)
One silver ring (above the golden pull-tab, the third this year! )
Enjoyed digging the coins and think if I stayed there the whole day I could possibly reach my target of the equivalent of US$50+ in one day. The heat being the deciding factor as to how long I can stay out. Come the first week in October the temperatures usually drop quickly though, so looking forward to that.
