Tonite went door knocking with BadJim, first stop was this old house on a corner lot in town. I have been stopping here for 2+ yrs and NEVER caught anyone home. Well tonite the lady answered and gave us permission. I dug ONLY 7 clad coins and the rest was old. 19 wheats, 2 indians, 1904 and 1897, no date buffalo, 1954 silver dime, and best find was a 7" deep solid pulltab signal and out pops this nice men's 10K gold ring!!! I was pretty excited, 2nd gold ring this year. It PAYS to dig those pulltab signals! The yard was real clean I pictured EVERYTHING I dug on my half of the yard. Jim got wheats, and indian and a silver dime on his side.

Phenomenal ring Terry. Congratulations on the gold and other finds. Thanks for the pictures.

WOW!! I guess I will keep digging those 12/20-21 signals that hit good but have only yielded me shotgun headstamps so far. Goes to show that a person has to dig a little junk to get the goods. Have never been able to find a gold ring in all my years of searching, only silver. Sure is fun seeing your finds, spurs me on to work harder and smarter. Great stuff!!

Congrats Terry on a Big Gold Ring! Im glad you finally caught the lady at home.
Great looking picks. HH

Great looking old Ring - congrats ! :clapping:

Wow awesome ring and other finds too! Your photos always look nice enough to be in a magazine.

Thanks for posting numbers. Its amazing for what gold can register at. But seeing those kind of finds keeps the motivation up! So thanks.

Well, I would call that an Excellent Hunt considering I LOVE Gold, Congrats on your finds

AND, 12-20? WOW, ... too bad I hardly ever dig 12-20, but I do did a lot of stuff on the lower ferrous numbers.

But, the worst numbers I Dig? I think 12-18 is a pretty Cruel numbers
