I Beat the rain and got out for a bit this morning back to the old house here in Tacoma, I Found this Erickson's Saloon Token it was stuck together with the 1919s wheat penny. Erickson's Saloon and concert hall was in Portland Oregon and took up a whole city block. It was built in 1890 at a cost of 130 thousand dollars and had a 687 ft mahogany bar that took 30 bartenders to man and a $5000 dollar organ. Erickson's was known for its 5 cent beer, 10 cents if you wanted German beer and also for the women of ill repute , I also found this H.C.B. Club pin which turned out to stand for Hot Cereal Breakfast Club it was a premium from Cream of Wheat in the early 30s Happy Hunting to All
