Convert F5 push-in coil connector to screw-in???

I know, I know... The only thing I had found by searching is a perfectly good wiring diagram by Occupant:

http://www.findmall.com/read.php?37,1462918,1467903#msg-1467903. For anyone that's wants to do their own :super:

I would prefer to find an adapter of some sort that will convert the push-in type plug on the coil to work on my screw-in F5. I have a chance to trade for (actually, almost steal) a push-in coil that I would like to have.

Anyone have any help? If so, thanks in advance and HH - Dale

I've had both types, and for units like the F2 I'll take the push in, seeing how the housing was designed for that. You can't hardly get to the screw in connectors.

I know how you feel about the screw-ins. They're a pain in the "patoot":ranting: for large hands/fingers. I did read in one of my searches that a narrow slice of plastic/rubber tape wrapped around the circumference helps to "get a grip" on that tiny, slick, knurled nut. So far tho', I've found that as long as there is a little slack in the coil's cord, they really don't need to be more than pushed in without using the threads at all. If it falls out, it won't take long before you'll notice it anyway.

I've seen all sorts of adapters/converters for different coils on other machines, solid one-piece and different connectors on each end of a short cord, but none of either type for adapting the push-in coil cord fitting to work on the screw-in connection on my F5. That's what I am really looking for. Bummer... so far HH - Dale
