Convert Bounty Hunter JR to a pinpointer?

I have an idea of converting a BH JR into a pinpointer. Why? Why not all the parts are there, just looking for any ideas before I start. Thanks.
 
Thank you, had a friend give me another one the other day. This one we removed the handle added an longer line and placed the controls in a dry box. works well. I am adding a head phone jack and longer pole, cant wait to hit the beach.
