Considering selling my Minelab Safari

If anyone would be interested, I posted this on the General Interest Thread. You could check it out there. Thanks, Kevin (Confetrit')

You should list it in the Metal Detector Classifieds section??
I thought about that too. I'm torn. I thought at the very first that I would see if anyone would even be interested in an FBS detector. I really like the Safari, and if it doesn't sell, I'm really not out anything. If no one is interested, I'll simply keep it and continue to use it and be glad I have it.

They are nice detectors, I just got a Quatro, if i knew you was saling yours i would talked to you. They are a little heavey, but they will go deep. If you have a place that you have cleaned out, take the Safari back over it and get what you missed.

I've found a lot of silver and gold with mine over the years but it's a heavy detector and get's a little hard on the shoulder muscles after a few hours. It's an awesome detector though and it'll scream when passed over silver!!

Yes sir. They are a bit heavy, but that is the ONLY drawback to this detector. I had surgery on my left shoulder for a torn rotator cuff about 6 years ago. As luck would have it, (or the lack of), 2 weeks ago,I believe I may have torn my right right rotator cuff, though it doesn't appear to be as severe as my left was. I wasn't swinging the Safari, but tossing a small metal file cabinet into a dumpster. Now it's a wait and see game. I made a makeshift sling for it a while back. If I get a chance to go out I'll see how it goes.
