hi dose anyone know of any water proof connectors so i could swap my 8ins head to 10ins head on Excalibur's thanks

The waterproof connectors will work but understand that they will require maintenance to keep working.
If you are not skilled enough to install them yourself you most likely wont do the required maintenance on them and they will fail after about one season.
If you can solder well and understand how they work then you most likely will not have much trouble from them.

You will be cutting the cable and attaching the connector so the the wires connect back the way they were so you dont really need the information as to where they solder on the board inside the detector housing.
Use plenty of silicone grease and at least once a year completely clean and thoroughly inspect the connectors and renew the grease.
