Connecticut - beach hunting-?

I am going for a short visit to Connecticut with chances to go MDing on a beach.

Are there any known requirements for MDing in Conn? Do I need to apply for a MDing permit like in NY? Or esle? If so, where to apply?

Nope no permits needed but some beaches charge after Sept 1st.. where abouts you going?

I do not know yet. Someplace close to NY. around 95 I guess. I am not familiar with Conn and its beaches at all. Will be greateful for any suggestions or guidance.

Honest, I am sick and tired of hunting endlessely Orchard Beach with a dozen of other hunters and to collect $0.75.

Definitely need something new for a change. And not very far from Bronx/Yonkers. I have a couple of weeks only. Will be too busy after that.

These are all the beaches in CT. that are close to the NY boarder.......Best of luck....Pick out a beach and do a google search on it..

I doubt really that I`d ever find time to go to Conn, but this generous sharing of information is very noble. Our hobby will survive nomatterwhat having people like this!
