I found this today with my Sovereign GT. Anyone have an idea what it is and how much it is worth.

Nice find..Seems like it may be a service of time medal for church volunteer
 
My guess is a Congregational Chaplin service pin.
 
Some Protestant churches would award those pins and may still do. The pin recognizes perfect attendance in Sunday School over the course of the year. Although I
