I just learned that Jonathan Porter has secured the exclusive distribution rights to the HIP STICK in Australia. :cheers: The HIP STICK is second only to the Swingy Thingy as one of the most uniques inventions ever devised to take the weight off of a detector. It was invented by Chris Porter. It basically transfers all of the weight to your hips, so you don't have anything tuggin at your shoulder. (I say second only, because I invented the Swingy Thingy. :bouncy:

Couple the Hip Stick with a Claim Jumper Bungee for your standard SD/GP harness and you can swing as big a coil as you want all day long.

Put it together with a Swingy Thingy for any other coin or relic machine, and you will think someone else is actually swinging your detector for you.

Jonathan has almost single handedly made the Hip Stick a required accessory for Aussie prospectors. Nice to see some Yankie ingenuity going Down Under for a change, instead of everything coming this way from Australia.

Congrats, JP, Chris called me on that, and Flak had his in-put too. Glad you guys hooked up, Its a great invention. I saw you used one in the vidio. I maufactured the fist couple of hundred for Chris, as a stand in untill he got things going. Again congrats. Grubstake
 
DOC I'm so pleased the manufacturer chose us to be the sole Australian distributor, the product is simple and it works:clapping:. I can swing a :minelab:Commander 18" Mono or DD all day now without the dreaded shoulder pain, going by the amount of HipSticks going out the door it seems others are catching on fast. Chalk one up to the :usaflag:Americans for teaching us :ausflag:Aussies how its done.:detecting:

Hello again Chris, your product speaks for itself, I know there is a growing band of prospectors out there who's shoulders:stretcher: will be very grateful you made the effort to develop the Hip Stick. Hook it up with one of DOC's bungies and you have the complete answer to carry all that weight around in comfort.:clapping:
