Congrat to ya Ed :clapping:

Your Gators pulled it out..now maybe they can get the shot at Ohio State since Mich. already had theirs. Wouldn't it be something if they did and won the National Championship knowing that Auburn kicked their butts. ;)  Go Gators!!!!!!!!

.... The SEC champ is obligated to play in the Sugar Bowl in New Orleans.

It would be real neat to see Gators vs Buckeyes. Even neater if the Gators beat them. We'll see tonight how the BCS makes some folks happy / some angry with the whole BCS process. Seems the pundits are already predicting Michigan to edge out Florida as #2.

I'd really like to see a true playoff like what leads to the superbowl. If Michigan is selected over Florida for a re-match against OSU, I won't even watch it .... that would be a meaningless game to everyone who isn't a Michigan fan.

Michigan got their shot and lost. Fla. lost to Auburn who the week before were the #2 team in the nation. Michigan had their shot and to give them another is like when Okl. lost in their title game and still got to play for the National title. I'm not going into when Auburn went undefeated with the top defense in the nation and didn't get the shot because the "pollsters" really wanted to see a match up with the previous Heisman trophy winner against the present trophy winner and what a blow out that turned out to be. If Michigan gets another shot then the BCS will again prove its nothing more than another vehicle for the media to decide the National Champs. I think for the BCS to survive they will have to pick Florida. IMHO ....oh...the SEC champ is not obliged to play in the Sugar Bowl if it is in the National Championship game. I think if that happens then LSU would go to the Sugar bowl since they beat Arkansas but not sure.

The Boise State Broncos. Number 8 in the BCS standings, because of their small school origins, the Broncos are going to play Oklahoma in the Fiesta Bowl. Thy have not just won all their games this year, they have destroyed all opponents. I do not know if thy can do the same with a major team like the Sooners, but this little team is catching the eye of a lot of football pundits. If you can, watch them in the Fiesta bowl for a little Idaho football. HH DC

They play some good football. Its just I'm not sure if they could withstand a season full of games with 4 or 5 top 25 teams and remain undefeated. But I like their style for sure.

Gators got their date in the desert!
