Confusing day after the Nor"Easter

Buried Crap NJ

Confused is how we left the beach today. Mark Matt and I hit the beach about 7am for a 9:52 low tide. It took some time before we started to dig coins, they were low in the water. I did manage a silver 1912 V-rex quarter then an hour later Matt had a 1913. Before the end of the hunt I would have 6 foreign coins form the 1900's 1955,28,22,19,18,12 The 1919 and 1922 coins made a iffy signal in the wet sand but once dug they nulled. The other guys had excaliburs and both coins nulled even when burried. so that's a plus for the 3030.They are a steel nickle mix! I had 39 coins 22 pennies. A piece of metal that turned into a 1936 beach privliage badge from Sea Girt NJ.
I wonder just how these coins got to the beach somebodys collection

Good question along with some great finds. The badge looks to be in good shape. Maybe just the right place at the right time. At least you guys are going. Thanks for posting. HH :minelab:
