Have looked every where the internet unable to find a manual for a fisher 1265 x.where can i find one?thank you.----------james.

Except for the push pull sensitivity control being reversed between the 1265 and the 1266 and the battery box improvements on the 1266 the two operate the same.

I, know that don't help you a manual for the 1265, but until one turns up you can find the 1266 manual.
The 1270 is a different beast, then either the 1265 or the 1266.

Why doesn't Fisher upload one for the 1265X on their web site .... Hint Hint ? I have a 1265x as well and lost the manual, found the 1266 and 1270 on Fisher web site but no 1265X !
