Its Coming!

;)

That was the one we was told would truely be out before the end of the year. Theres already a test in a ragazine and no detector-?

Whats the excuse now? Parts problem- the same excuse bounty hunter gave for the F/75 delay?

The real Fisher company always had their new detectors done before Dec. 25th and knew how to market 'em to the serious detectorin' world.

Bounty hunter only have experience dealin' with Wally World- Radio shack- begginers without a clue.

Hyping up both the F/75 and F4 in Sept-October got us all excited for nothing. Now the forums dead and by the time they come out in what-? March 2007- if that? The buzz created here will be long gone by then and I may have already bought somethin' else-

I feel bad for the poor people who 'pre-ordered" these things from dealers who claimed they knew exactly when the release date was--

Jack diggen it in AZ

:usaa:

GOOD POINT ,may be too many T2 out there and a new F75 would burst the bubble on the stock and sell ability of the T2, noticed here in the UK ,that prices have gone down on the T2 purchasing from abroad .the mess needs clearing up fast and a stat:crylol:ment put out very soon on what is happening to all the pre ordered F75 detectors .

The T2 is one of the best machines out there, you fisher guys (and I am a fisher user also) have to know that there is room for a couple of great machines out there. The T2 will only help to make the new fishers a great new machine.

and begin a hype campain and pre-orders when it wasnt even anywhere near close apparently?

now March-April 2007- or May

Just because the First Texas Products' engineers are top notch doesn't mean their sales and marketing group is. Jack is correct. They are more familar with dealing with the mass marketeers than the pro level dealer/distributor group.

You saw the same fumbling with the T2 release. It will take them a couple of years to fiqure out how to do it right. If they get a couple of years

I wonder if all this is related to my having ordered a T2 over 3 weeks ago from a dealer , He left a message about a week and a half ago saying it would be shipped from the factory, and I'm starting to wonder if anythings wrong? It is the Holiday Season and I'm taking that into consideration but BH/FISHER is dropping the ball.

is that your wild prediction? I sure hope you are wrong as I was really hoping to have an F-75 for "Diggin' in Virginia 7" which is the end of March. That will be a Civil War surface hunt in bad red clay soil.....Oh well, I guess the T2 & 1270 will have to do....
HH,
Bill
PS. Gas up the DIV "pace car" :super:

out of the blue, came out with the T2 smaller Biaxle 4x7 coil. I wonder if that would help some decide on a T2. :surprised:

Honda sells more than one kind of motorcycle just for that reason. They use what's left in the lines and the stock as well as engines and parts to build a one off bikes for just a season or two to get rid of stock then upgrade to a newer line.

They made money and sold all their older engines and parts off! Neat trick.

Why shouldn't they use the T2 to begin sales before the upgrade model comes out. Then push the rest of the stock out with smaller coils just before the improved F7. We all win!

There will always be a new detector on the line.
Get your T2's while they last!
Here comes that small coil we promised you!
4x7?????

until the F-75 is ready. It's a great detector, and seeing a couple used ones sell for around $450. recently.....well that's a steal! :detecting:

I have them in stock at all times. You could of had it in a couple of days.

The Distributor has dozens in stock to fill the orders of many dealers in their network, anyone could have gotten a T-2 to you in 2/3 days.

I think it was the dealer you ordered it from that dropped the ball, not Teknetics, Fisher, or First Texas.

Suggestion; dump the one you ordered it from, and find someone different.

....there are plenty of dealers who actually carry detectors on hand. You got screwed. There is never a reason to ever buy from a person who sells what they don't actually have.
I would cancel my order...force the dealer to refund my money or call your credit card company and have it reversed....then order from Mr. Bill.

Had a communication from Anna Goodwin of Fisher on the 18th December.

The Scheduled release date is still Feb 2007.:twodetecting:

hello!..mike!
i agree!..never order from a dealer who has "phantom!" detectors in stock!if you are going to do that, you are better off giving the money to the "salvation army!"..it IS that time of year!..

the F75 should be a great machine as well. When ever the F75 comes out I will have to one if for none other than to compare it to the T2 myself. The T2 is so easy to change from one setting to the other. And the F75 should be likewise as easy I'd guess. If it has the Power of the T2 it should be a great machine to work with and learn.

I used my CZ7a this week and followed it with my T2. Both are deep and easy to use, The CZ7A I 'm quite profient with and it helps me in learning the T2 as well. It's kind of amazing how switching between two detectors and hunting the same soil conditions will sure enough open your eyes to details you've either forgotten about or didn't know exsisted.

I got it straightened out , sort of, apparently the dealers emails weren't getting through to BH, now its resolved and I should get it in a week(because of the holidays) this was such a good deal($575 SH inc.) that I didn't want to seem like I was hurrying the guy.
But if theres any more delays I'll definatley give you a ring Mr. Bill.
Anyways I want you to have a very Special Merry Christmas, and thank you for keeping the website going and putting up with all the BS some of us feel they can't live without posting occasionally.
