I Can't speak for others, but I don't think the Tesoro forum is close to being the same without Tabdog. I really miss his stories and pictures. He really promoted metal detecting here. Bill in Texas

He just posted a nice 'Tab Dog' post with comments and pics. He has a cool way of getting you into the scene...like you were there detecting with him.

He is still using the Compadre and tot lot hunting.

I know of a forum he hangs out on. He just posted a great post of what appeared to be junk but turned out to be some really cool relics after he cleaned them. He is quite entertaining.

I just saw his post on another forum. Looks like the old Tabdog again. He has adjusted and moved on ---and so will I.
