Condor at the Grand Canyon

A little off topic, but I would like to post a picture of a condor that flew over head, while I was visiting the Grand Canyon July 3, 2006. This guy had a wing span of about 8'.

I was tracking the condor with my camera, and did not know the American flag was in the shot until I was proofing the pic's on the computer. Happy 4th everybody.

Not long ago there were no condors at the Grand Canyon, two symbols that I hope stay around a long time.
