The addresses in my email book keep increasing. At first there were 2 of each name, now there's 4 of each one. Any ideas ? Also, most emails come in as O kb's in size - no matter what is sent. And if I try to get rid of the extra addresses all 4 disappear. Other than that all's well, Steve in so az

Sounds like a bug Steve... Do you have anti virus software? If you do and haven't updated it recently you should. If you haven't done a full scan of your hard drive, do it. You can also check on line and try to find a free on-line scan; even if they don't fix it, you'll know what it is. Doing a search for that particular bug, you may be able to find a free fix download.

We have Norton and run it once a week. It takes twice as long now to run. No bugs tho, Steve

Have you updated it?. New virus' show up almost weekly so you need to make sure you have the latest virus definitions. Go to Symantec's webpage if you haven't already done so.

Norton has an automatic live update - and I just went there to check that it's turned on & it is.

Sure would be great if a bunch of us could get together to detect all morning and then eat turkey in the afternoon !!! Too bad in life one cant have it all Steve
