And personal attacks on Garrett Employees will also go. This is a forum to support each other and show your finds, not one to air your dirty laundry. Posting issues, done in a respectful manner are allowed. If you feel you have been not treated well from repair issues, please call Garrett directly. NOT HERE!
 
Wow! I have nothing but good to say about Garrett customer service. I've broken things (battery packs, arm cups) and have had them replaced free of charge immediately if not sooner. Personnel always helpful and courteous. And my stick has been out of warranty for a while....ditto Eric in RI...No complaints here.
