Comparing the Vaquero and Golden uMax

Just out of curiosity, I would like people discuss the pluses and minuses of the Vaquero vs. the Golden uMax. I have a "V" but I also like tones (my BH Tracker IV). Wanted to get opinions on the pros and cons of each for coins and relic hunting.
Thx,
Homebre

I have both and I can tell you the V is deeper, but for parks and school yards you can't beat the golden.I feel for coins you will have great success with either one, and being a Tesoro you are already a winner. Good Luck:tesoro::thumbup:

The Golden is just a smooth operator. It is really good at navigating typical park trash and it is a real joy to use. It will still hit a 6" dime, but it won't take you too much past that BUT you will reach the 6" dime - with the V you'll still be digging some little micro chunk of aluminum tangled up in the roots of the grass.
