compare Coiltek,SunRay,Excelerator w/Excal at beach

Has anyone compared the various large coils on an Excalibur at beach or in the water? Looking for real experience to make a decision. Does it take any special adjustment to add these coils to an Excalibur (i've seen most post history say no... but a few say yes).

On the Sovereign which is almost the same machine I've been using the Detech 14 inch Penetrator. A little smaller and easier to handle than the WOT and it is givng me the same depth. No coil cover as its not supposed to need one which could be a worry. I think I will a least run something round the outer edge in case I clip a sharp rock.
I hope to have a SunRay 12inch soon and will keep which ever works out best.
No adjustment to your machine should be necessary but I think there's an extra (or one less wire) to contend with when fitting the coil connector.
