Less than a half hour last night wandering around the yard with the Compadre. Found some new pennies, pull tabs, iron junk and these two items. The old penny is a 1918D Wheat, the button I've no ide how old but it looks like it's been underground for some time. It has what appears to be the number 2 on it. Any ideas as to what type of button it might be? When I first dug it up I put it in the pouch thinking it was a washer. Only after rinsing it off did the features show.
