Went to the ball park today. Started in the out feild lot of ground to cover ground was really clean no hits so i decded to go to the benches and tables . whear all the people watch the games you can tell people whear thear by the sunflour seeds all over the ground ,-Alumineumpull tabs and steel bottle tops dominate in this spot , along whith a few nails and aluminium wire that gets used to secure the fences foil is common and so on it is in all regards a trashy spot you get hits every sweep some deep some shalow anyway i set the ciscrimination to foil and was only digging pull tabs and some coins found a nickle so at that setting i was still picking up nickles good , good , so i wondered if thear even was any steel bottle caps because i had not dug any so i set the disc back just left of iron and WO -NELLY i was finding all kinds of them so i could see the disc was working well i turned it back to foil and proceeded to dig tens of pulltabs along whith the ocasianal coin well i finally was runing out of time so i thought i wonder if i turn the disc to pull tabs if it will mask out the coins ? so i put the disc to pull tabs and started swinging by now i was covering lots of ground first a penny then another , then a dime then a quarter and another dime and another quarter i was amazed it was really doing a good job as good as my M-6 3.00 pm came and i had to go but i left whith a good feeling this detector is really going to do some hunting for me im impressed whith the ED-180 its powerfull and exceeds my expectations beond what i imagined --- in pulltab disc it still picked up the 3/16" aluminum wire but thats a good scrap metal anyway but i can handle that
